CUSTOM MANUFACTURING

Custom Rope & OEM Manufacturing for Your Product Program

Turn an application requirement into a production-ready rope specification. Align material, construction, diameter, color, length, finishing and packaging around the way your product will be used.

Start with the application

Share where the rope will be used, the handling or performance requirement, preferred material and forecast quantity.

Build the specification

Align the working details before sampling and production.

  • Material and construction
  • Diameter, color and length
  • Finishing and packaging
  • Application-relevant testing

MATERIAL

Choose the Fiber Direction

Compare four material families before refining construction, dimensions and finishing.

Polyester

Low stretch, abrasion resistance and stable outdoor handling for specification-led programs.

Polypropylene

Low density and floating performance for utility, marine and cost-sensitive applications.

Nylon

High strength, elasticity and abrasion resistance where controlled stretch is useful.

Cotton

A soft, natural-fiber direction for handling, decorative and product-contact requirements.

CONSTRUCTION

Choose the Rope Structure

Use the construction direction that best fits the required profile, flexibility and product assembly.

Solid Braid

A smooth, round cord direction with a firm, compact braided body.

Diamond Braid

A defined braided pattern direction for flexible, general-purpose rope programs.

Double Braid

A braided cover over a braided core for a structured, balanced construction.

Flat Braid

A low-profile flat direction for straps, trims and constrained assemblies.

DIAMETER

Working Diameter by Material

Use these current manufacturing ranges as the starting point for specification review.

Polyester

Available diameter range: 2–5 mm.

Polypropylene

Available diameter range: 3–10 mm.

Nylon

Available diameter range: 3–10 mm.

Cotton

Available diameter range: 3–10 mm.

COLOR

Plan Color and Minimum Quantity Together

Color route and MOQ vary by fiber and dyeing method. Final color is confirmed against the approved requirement.

Polyester

Closest stock-color route: approximately 80% color match, MOQ 1,000 m per color. Custom-dyed route: over 90% similarity, MOQ 3,000 m per color.

Polypropylene

Choose from 300+ color options. MOQ starts at 1,000 m per color.

Nylon

Custom colors are available. MOQ starts at 3,000 m per color.

Cotton

Natural or off-white is the standard starting point. Dyed colors and MOQ are confirmed by yarn lot, construction and order requirement.

LENGTH

Cut to the Required Length

Coordinate finished length and end treatment as one production specification.

Custom Cut Length

Specify the finished length required for the product or assembly. Synthetic rope can be hot-cut so the end is sealed and resists fraying.

  • Length made to the confirmed requirement
  • Hot-cut synthetic rope end
  • Cut and presentation details reviewed before production

FINISHING

Coordinate the Rope End and Hardware

Review the component, fixing method and finished assembly before production.

End Component Assembly

When the product requires a fixed end component—such as a metal hook, buckle or other confirmed hardware—Baiyuheng can review and coordinate the attachment method.

  • Confirm the hardware or reference sample
  • Review the fixing method and finished length
  • Approve the assembly direction before production

PACKING

Select the Supply Format

Choose a packing direction that supports handling, assembly, distribution or retail presentation.

Bundle

A compact grouped format for bulk handling and downstream assembly.

Hank

A looped presentation for organized handling, display or further processing.

Spool

A controlled feed format for longer lengths and production-line use.

Custom / Retail

Customer-specific labels, presentation and outer packing can be reviewed against the order requirement.

DEVELOPMENT WORKFLOW

A Clear Path from Requirement to Production

Keep commercial, technical and packaging decisions visible at each development stage.

01 · Requirement Review

Clarify the application, known parameters and commercial context.

02 · Material Direction

Match material and construction options to the use requirement.

03 · Specification

Confirm dimensions, color, length, finishing, packaging and checks.

04 · Sample Development

Prepare and review the agreed sample direction before production.

05 · Production & Inspection

Build to the confirmed specification and apply the defined checks.

06 · Packaging Coordination

Verify labeling, packaging and shipment details against the program.

MANUFACTURING & QUALITY CONTROL

Control the Specification at Every Checkpoint

Agree the inspection focus before production so the finished rope can be reviewed against the intended requirement.

Specification checks

Define what needs to be verified before the production run is accepted.

  • Material and construction
  • Diameter and length
  • Color and visual consistency
  • Finishing requirements

Performance & shipment checks

Connect the inspection plan to how the rope will be used and delivered.

  • Application-relevant performance checks
  • Packaging and label verification
  • Quantity and presentation review
  • Pre-shipment confirmation

BUYER READY

Built for B2B Product Programs

Give both sides the information needed to discuss feasibility, sampling and a specification-based quotation.

Who this page serves

A specification-first route for buyers who need rope to fit a product, range or supply program.

  • Brands and private-label sellers
  • Wholesalers and distributors
  • Product assemblers
  • Equipment and product manufacturers

Prepare a useful inquiry

Share the facts already known; unknown fields can be reviewed during specification development.

  • Intended application
  • Material or reference sample
